From San Diego with love
Updated: Jun 12, 2023
Three years ago my husband and I moved to San Diego to experience living on the west coast. If you have ever visited or live in San Diego, then you know how easy it is to fall in love with this city.

Quick Facts about San Diego:
San Diego was founded in the late 1700s by Spanish explorers but, the city was originally home to the Kumeyaay Nation for over 9,000 years prior to the arrival of the first settlements.
The city is located on the southern most end of California near the Mexico border. In fact San Diego is so close to Mexico that I have met people that live in Tijuana, Mexico and commute into San Diego for work.
It has the most perfect weather year round and is best describe as a mediterranean climate (the weather is so perfect that you can still find homes and apartments that were built without central air conditioning)
San Diego County produces the most Avocados in the state of California
San Diego was the original wine country of California
So what's to do in San Diego.....
Well you will have to subscribe to my blog to find out more. Just kidding! No but for real, each week I will post new content about places to eat, visit and things to do around San Diego. I'm a huge fan of supporting locally owned restaurants/business in every city that I visit, so you will see many places that are only located in San Diego.
If you know of any restaurants or unique places to check out in San Diego that are not listed on my blog , feel free to contact me. If you find my recommendations to be helpful, please comment and let me know!
